James Milligan

James is a 31-year-old owner and sole director of Milligan Group.
After a successful 8 year career in the Australian Army as a Commando, James setout to build a development company that fostered his vision; to create signature buildings that inspire people and add value to their world.
Since 2010, James’ company has gone on to create over $750M dollars worth of projects spread across 16 development sites ranging from as small as 2 terraces, sites with over 100 units and grade A commercial buildings.
James has a keen eye for detail and prides himself on working collaboratively with his consultant team, consent authorities and community stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes across a wide range of different developments.
Jarrod White

Jarrod joined Milligan Group as a Development Manager bringing with him extensive urban planning and project management experience from private consultancy and government organisations.
He is a knowledgeable professional who has demonstrated his expertise through a career that has included a range of urban design, statutory and strategic planning projects.
He seeks to deliver engaging projects that positively contribute to the quality of life experienced by occupants and surrounding communities through his passion for high quality and thoughtful design.
Dane Taylor

Dane is 25 years old and the Operations Manager for Milligan Group. Dane is in charge of the Property/Asset Management, Project Management, Accounts and Finance and also the day to day office duties.
Dane has a background in the Australian Army and Air Force and is enthusiastic to follow a life long passion in the property development and investment industry. He is keen to learn all aspects of property and driven to achieve all his personal and career goals.
His philosophy is to create landmarks that are not only going to outlive us, but landmarks that people are going to admire and remember.
